A Quick Catch Up

 March 19 - April 19, 2025
Tombstone, Arizona

Sometimes I just can't find the motivation to sit down and do a blog post. And every time I regret it, promise myself I won't lapse again, and then. Life.

It's a quiet and slow time on our little hill in the desert. Like every Spring, the weather is up and down and back and forth. The wind has returned but the bugs haven't shown up yet. It's limbo time, between waiting and going. Time dragging and flying.

With one wonderful exception, there isn't a lot to include, or worry about missing.

Reese and Penelope welcome Magnolia to their girl crew. Grand #10 is a beauty.

Rebecca and I make some quick day trips, Bill and I have breakfast in Bisbee, we meet Tucson friends Kim and Jack for lunch after a medical appointment, and Tessa has a good news vet check.

At 14 Tessa will continue to slow down, but she still entertains us with the occasional whole-house-zoomies. The good news is that her heart murmur was a misdiagnosis, and she instead has a strong, healthy heart. She tires and has some balance issues, our good ol' girl.

I spend a few days getting PJ ready for her first adventure, and for a quick visit from our pals Maggie and Jimmy. They'll be here for a solemn reason, the funeral for our friend Anna's mom, but it will still be great to see them.

I certainly never thought I'd have 10 grands, but they sure are wonderful :-))))

M & M enjoying bunny times.

Elliott at Ren Faire, with "the look".

Ezra at Ren Faire, I love that big smile.

Oliver lovin' his Mommy kisses.

    1. I love her name as well - so vintage cute! There are other places for breakfast in Bisbee, but the BBC just calls us back every time.
